The mystery of who we are begins with our ancestors, they are a link in the chain of how we came to be in the world, all of their culminated experience, knowledge and wisdom has been passed down to us to benefit from. This retreat is an experiential exploration into the hidden world of your ancestors, honour your roots and retrace your ancestral lines using the ancient tools of rhythm, sound, dance, breath work, to activate a state of consciousness from where they can be perceived.
